8.0.0 is finally here, bringing with it one of our most exciting features to date! Care programs determine the kind of content you see on your checklist, often aligned with a health condition or health goal. With this release you now have the ability to browse all of the programs available to you and request to enroll into programs that interests you. Explore what care programs are available to you from your checklist, resources, and profile screens!

The year might be ending, but we are not done yet! With our final major release of the year, we are launching the ability to view and organize personal health information from our new Profile tab! Here you can learn more about the care programs you are enrolled in, chat with your care team about them, and manage your medication and health reminders. We have also refreshed the existing tab design, updating titles and icons to better reflect the purpose of different areas of the app.

We redesigned our reminders feature so that you will have a simpler and more user-friendly experience when creating or editing a reminder. Tracking weight or blood pressure in the app but frustrated you can’t see your progress over time? Well, now you can! Check out the new weight and blood pressure widgets on the Me screen. See your data over time and download it to share with others. (Weight and blood pressure widgets only appear for users enrolled in tracking programs to monitor those readings.)

For users tracking their blood sugar, there’s a new graph available to view your readings over time. To access the graph, go to the Me tab and tap on your latest blood sugar reading. Within the graph, you can filter the readings based on their relationship to meals and, once you’ve been tracking for a while, scroll backwards in time to identify any trends. You’ll also notice a share button you can use to download a full list of your readings.
